大選挙区制について
大選挙区は、一つの選挙区に２名以上の議席が割り振られた選挙区です（１名の場合は「小選挙区」と呼ばれる）。大選挙区制は、国政選挙においては参議院議員選挙において採用されています（2007年現在）。
大選挙区制の投票様式は、世界中見渡すといくつかありますが、日本で採用されているのは候補者を一人だけ選んで投票する方式（単記非移譲式）です。
大選挙区制のメリットとしては、
・小選挙区制と比較すると死票が少なくなり、有権者の票を有効活用できる。
逆にデメリットとしては、
・候補者と有権者との距離が遠くなる。
・多数政党による政治の混乱を招きやすい。
・選挙費用がかかる。
といったようなことが挙げられます。
国政選挙の一つである参議院選挙では大選挙区制を採用していますが、上記のデメリットを考慮して、比例代表制も並行して取り入れています。

情報処理技術者試験――システム監査技術者試験
システム監査技術者は、情報処理技術者試験の一つである「システム監査技術者試験」に合格すると得られる国家資格です。システム監査技術者は、「高度情報処理技術者」に分類されており、その試験は、情報処理技術者試験の中でも一、二を争うほど難易度が高いものです。
システム監査技術者試験は、例年4月の第3日曜日に「春期情報処理技術者試験」の一区分として行われます。受験資格や年齢制限は特にありませんが、難易度が高いため、それなりの試験対策が必要です。
システム監査技術者試験の構成としては、午前試験は多岐選択式、午後試験は記述式・論文式となっています。
